Okay, hate to say it but I have to agree that the youtube.com idea is not striking me as something I would want to work towards. But I am so a words of affirmation person. One compliment will keep me afloat on cloud nine for weeks. What about a way to drop an anonymous notes of encouragement into each others mailboxes? It would be similiar to the way that myspace has truth boxes. This way we can give compliments to other people in our site without having to be embarassed at how mushy we are!
