My idea is a program where when you get to be one of the Apples of the week or the month you receive an apple shaped ticket. The goal is to save Seven tickets~Representing our Now 7 Core Values!! Once an associate has Seven they have earned themselves 1 paid hour to use how they wish. They can either leave an hour early or come in an hour late. Also they can save the tickets to use for half days or whole days off. Associates would just need to give a days notice for using two hours or less together and for other requests they would need to give notice before schedule was made. I think this would be a great way to let our apples know their hard work goes along way!!
