Yes, this would bevery usefull, and it doesnt even had to be sent by email, just to be posted weekly somewhere online would work just as good!!!! Kudos on this.
I like the idea of having the option to check our intranet e-mail for the weekly schedule rather than getting a print out. Not only is going green a good choice when possible, but if someone loses their schedule mid week (like me) they can just check it online instead of asking for a new one!
Thats right Amanda! At least we here in Puerto Rico don't receive a weekly schedule each employee. There's two schedules in the bulleting boards including all the employee's shifts so everyone can see their shifts and perhaps write them down. Thats why I came up with this idea cause we don't receive it weekly. Oh and yeah, I forgot to copy my shifs too so you're not the only one loosing your schedule hah!
