Here's an idea I'd like to throw your way. It's regarding the agent and the dispatch teams. During our daily activities and the interaction's with the callers, the calls sometimes become overwhelming due to the many hats we carry in pleasing them. It would be a good idea if adminstration would sometime come out, listen to us, and give praise to the agent or dispatcher that had a fabulous call. It'll make us feel more appreciated by you and I know it'll give us the edge over other competitors. We want to do the best for this company and feeling good about what we do will make the difference.
