My Idea for recognition would be any employee that meets all their Standard requirements as follows:dedication,meeting their monitoring & quality,ontime & Disc,going beyond their work duties,great attendance...Should be presented with an award on youtube..This way family & friends can have a chance to view & see their accomplishments on youtube

Good eye for detail!  Inasmuch as youtube is concerned, I would not want to be on it; however, recognition is something every dedicated employee is hungry for, and would be a welcome benefit.  Unfortunately (and I am dating myself here) I am a bit too, erm, long in the tooth to appreciate the, I'm sure, fabulousness of youtube...
