Idea Exchange Kick Off - Wednesday, October 15, 2008

In an effort to bridge the gap with communication, Appletree is happy to announce the Idea Exchange.  The Idea Exchange is a forum in which every employee at Appletree has a voice.  Whether it be implementing new Employee Recognition Programs, Educating the company on ways we can become more Environmentally Friendly, offering suggestions on our Employee Benefits or simply how and what you want to be Educated on...

Check out the Idea Exchange and stay posted on how quickly ideas are reviewed and implemented! 

You can also earn a $50 bonus if you submit an original idea and it gets implemented!!

How about  PAID DAY OFF  on your birthday !!!     .  It would be nice take a day off and get paid.

I like it too,,, and it would fit in with my idea of a collective charity and/or loan... the gifting part of the foundation fund would work here.  And possibly a shift exchange coop...  or you get paid your hours from the fund and your hours are posted for another to pick up.

OR that's what good friends are for... I would work for my friend and let her get paid for it.
