Doing the work we do, we know its very important to always show up for our shifts and be on time. So with that being said, I found out through my sister that Marriott Hotel pays their employees holiday pay on their birthday, if they work their scheduled shift. So, say my birthday lands on a Monday (busy day for us) and I come in to work my scheduled shift instead of taking it off. I would get paid time and a half for being here, and we wouldn't be one person short on a Monday.
