I thought that it might be good to post in this category as well, as I wasn't sure just where my idea fit in. It is as follows.
With the cold weather come aches and pains, especially with repetitivity of our physical tasks. I thought we could maybe implement some proactive exercises, like head and shoulder rolls, hand stretches, etc. that could combat the stiffness and perhaps ward off any ailments that could lead to call-offs or even *gasp* medical leaves of absence.
