IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF OPERATORS WERE ALLOWED TO SWITCH HOURS WITHIN THE EXISTING TWO WEEK PAY PERIOD AS OPPOSED TO THE CURRENT PAY WEEK. IF ONE IS TAKING OFF SEVERAL DAYS IN A ROW THAT USUALLY PRECLUDES BEING AVAILABLE TO SWITCH HOURS DURING THAT WEEK. BASING OVERTIME ON OVER 80 HOURS IN TWO WEEKS INSTEAD OF 40 HOURS IN ONE WEEK SHOULD NOT COST THE COMPANY ANY MONEY BUT WOULD MAKE COVERAGE CHANGES A LOT EASIER FOR EMPLOYEES.
