I think it would be a nice idea if we could do a hat&coat run. I got myself a new coat yesterday and I'd really rather donate it than just drop it off at Goodwill. Goodwill has kind of become a place for bargain shoppers. My old coat is a really nice, name brand, down coat, and it would easily sell there for $25 or so. To us, that would be a steal, considering but there are others who really can't swing that much money. I like the idea that someone, who really needs a warm coat could get something nice, like my old one. A lot of times, when people receive donations, its kind of bottom of the barrell.
