I think that it should stay the way it is. I've worked before where I got paid weekly and its actually harder to save money. You never get to save because you have money every week so you spend it, thinking you're safe. I hated that, and it was actually one of the reasons I left that job. It seems all great, but trust me it's horrible. I would not like to be paid weekly at all. Sorry.
