I would like to submit an idea on how to improve the learning methods for employees at the work place. I believe that if the supervisory staff at each facility were to draw out some detailed cheat sheets for procedures to be learned, it would facilitate the learning process. I work in the Sacramento office of Appletree, and I work with some great people that I care about, and I wouldn't want to see anyone get let go. We have all been thrown into the Infinity system, and I unserstand that there isn't enough man power or time to teach everyone individually, but if the supervisors brainstormed on how to make the learning process more effective and productive, such as the idea I submitted, our work performance would improve greatly, and the clients would instead of terminating their accounts, would refer other companies to us, and we'd literally have people lining up around the block to acquire our services. If we all literally work together, we can make this happen. We all need a job, and this is such a people job that it needs a lot of attention and well drawn out plans to realize all our potentials.
