I believe it would be beneficial to distribute to groups of people or have a public list with all of the remote Audio phone numbers for all or most of the sites. This would come in very handy in a pinch when a site reaches out for help right then and there because they are getting a high call volume and need help.
This idea came about the other night when Anaheim sent out a chat on Spectrum asking if there was anyone available to help them take calls because they were getting hit bad. I happened to be available and already having access to their Infinity with a couple clicks I offered to help take calls for them. The only problem was that no one knew what phone number for me to dial to get Operator Audio to actually take the calls. By the time we figured things out, the site said the rush was over.
I realize this would only apply to people who already have access to remote into those sites, but even a group like all the programmers to have these numbers to be able to help at a moment's notice might be very helpful.
