I think every new account should be programmed with the choice "Show entire first special" marked in the affirmative. When this is not checked off on any account, all we can view is the very first line of a special, and not the entire special. In this way, we are left with a large margin of possibility of error because we cannot see the entire special while we are in the script taking a call. I have myself updated many acounts to this status to avoid dispatch and agent errors. Preventing errors saves us money and helps us to retain customers. Can we please get programming to add this to their repetoire in creating new accounts company-wide? I think this is a good money-saving and customer-pleasing request.
