I would like to add that we all understand that the companies we answer phones for are human beings with different needs and requirements, and that they relay those requirements to our programmers and our account managers. Every client is going to react differently. Some will be more forgiving and lineant, some stricter and less understanding to our mistakes and shortcomings. We all need to realize that we can perform and reach our highest level if we truly care and concentrate on our duties at the work place.
