I know that when I first started working with Appletree I was very overwhelmed. The team leads we have are very busy and have a lot to do and often times it is during a rush that new employees have the most questions. I think it would benefit them to maybe have a mentor program in place to help them out with the training of new employees. This would make things a little bit easier on the team leads and for the new people. Instead of asking a question and getting four different answers from the other operators, it would be beneficial to have a small group of people in each site who are "trianers." Those operators who can mentor the new people in a kind and friendly way, reminding them that we were all a little overwhelmed when we started out. Also you would have everyone on the same page, and there are some things that the team leads just don't think of including in the training process that someone with a little less on their plate would have the time to go over. I also believe that this would help to make us closer as a team.
