This one is my personal mantra. My name is Faith, not Faye or Stacy. When someone gets that small detail wrong, 9 times out of 10 they've lost my interest, if not my business. And that's just my name! I think we forget at times how important something as small and simple as the spelling of a name or a digit in a phone number can be! In this industry, even the most miniscule of details can't be overlooked; every iota of information is an opportunity to shine and become EXCELLENT, not just good, or great, even. And when excellence means word of mouth referrals, which means more business, which means more money, which means job security, we all better get it right!
